Course Syllabus

Welcome to AP Physics 2!  This is a continuation of AP Physics 2, although it is a separate course and it has a separate AP Physics exam written by the College Board.  Some of the major topics are:  electrostatics, electric circuits; magnetism and electromagnetic induction; thermodynamics; fluids; geometric and physical optics; and quantum, atomic and nuclear physics.  This is a one-semester course (with daily 90-minute blocks).  The challenge with this second semester course is to complete the material in two 6-weeks grading periods because the exam is on May 3rd!
