Course Syllabus

Welcome to 7th Grade English Language Arts

We will address several areas of Language Arts and Literature in this course.  The subareas are:

• vocabulary
• reading: strategies for fiction and nonfiction
• writing
• grammar

You will need the following supplies for this course:

• 2 composition notebooks
• 1 folder
• highlighters in assorted colors
• pencil box/pouch
• colored pencils
• pencils

Your assignments can be found under the "assignments" tab on the left.  I will post any homework assignments that are due on the days I expect them to be turned in.
