COURSE OBJECTIVE: TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS IN NUTRITION, CONSUMERISM, SANITATION, ETIQUETTE AND FOOD PREPARATION. TO SCORE ATA PROFICIENT LEVEL ON THE END-OF-COURSE ASSESSMENT.
MS. GEER’S CLASSROOM RULES:
- ALL UCPS POLICIES, MHS RULES AND MS. GEER’S CLASSROOM RULES WILL BE FOLLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- BE IN YOUR SEAT WHEN THE TARDY BELL RINGS. NO ROAMING. NO EXCUSES!
- COME TO CLASS PREPARED WITH SUPPLIES AND READY TO LEARN. NO EXCUSES!
