Library Media Information Skills

This class is an elective class for students who want to work in the Media Center helping students and faculty and who want to learn more about the daily operation of our media center.  Students are called Library Media Assistants and assist with finding books, maintaining the collection, promoting events and programs, helping with equipment, taking pictures for the website and supporting the school in a variety of other ways.

Grading

10% Canvas Assignments/Occasional Worksheet Assignments

40% 6 Weeks Project  (Possible projects-writing a website article, creating a booktalk, creating bookmarks, etc.)

50%  Work Logs (due every other Friday)
