Student Help Desk Course
This course is an elective class for students who want to assist with computer issues, work in the library helping students and faculty and work to develop strategies and materials to help our students with basic computer skills, troubleshooting and a better understanding of virtual learning platforms and resources. Students will assist other students with computer issues, learning platform issues and computer maintenance. Students will also develop materials and graphics to assist students with their daily use of chromebooks and online platforms and resources.
10% Canvas Assignments
40% 6 Weeks Project (Possible projects-completing computer assistance check off, creating documents and graphics that help students troubleshoot problems with their chromebooks, creating materials for assisting students with online learning platforms)
50% Work Logs (due every other Friday)
