Remote Learning Expectations

• Log into Canvas daily.  See Bell Schedule for class times. 
• Maintain a "school day" routine at home!
• Read course announcements daily.
• Click on Unit Wave button for that day's lesson and assignment.  FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS!
• Click on "Conferences" for the Q&A session, 20 to 30 minutes at the end of class.
• Always "MUTE" yourself when you join a meeting.
• Take notes as you watch lesson video.
• Ask questions in the CHAT box.
• Complete all assignments that day.

Attendance

• Attendance will be taken daily for ALL students (in-person and remote/virtual) 
• When working remotely, you are considered present if you have accessed my Canvas course.

Grading Policy

Assignments   20 %              

Quizzes  30 %            

Tests  50 % 

Due to online learning, the percentage weight for Tests has been dropped from 60% to 50%.

  • dry erase markers can be used on chromebook screens. Clean with baby wipes or slightly damp cloth with water.

We will use free apps that are available for Chromebooks.  They are AWESOME!!!

If you want to purchase a personal calculator, I recommend the TI-84 Plus or the TI-84 Plus CE (it graphs in color.
