This year in 6th grade mathematics students will be learning about 5 major standards of mathematics which include ratio and proportional relationships, the number system, expressions and equations, geometry and statistics and probability.

Every unit will be a module in Canvas. Students will work through the course work which will consist of one pre-assessment, videos, assignments and one post assessment. Course work will be put into the module daily with purpose statements and expectations.
GRADING- All graded coursework will be given the same equality value in Powerschool, in other words one assignment is not weighted heavier than another.
