Course Syllabus
My name is Alyson McCann. I was born and raised in Union County. An interesting fact about me is that I was in the first graduating class of Weddington High School. After high school, I attended UNC-Charlotte and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. This is my fifteenth year teaching. This is my second year teaching at Shiloh Valley Elementary. My first eight years, I taught 2nd grade. This is my seventh year teaching 3rd grade. I love the age of the students and the curriculum. I have a wonderful husband named Brad. We have a daughter, Maggie Mae, who is 9 years old and a son, Cameron, who is 6 years old.
