Mini Biography:

My name is Jan Gordon and I am a Union County native. I graduated from Wingate University with my teaching degree and then again from WU with a Master’s in Education. I have taught fifth and third grade at Benton Heights Elementary, third grade at Wingate Elementary and this is my third year at Shiloh Valley. I have been with UCPS for a total of 30 years. 

I have been married to my husband, Craven, for 38 years and we have a daughter, Lauren, and sons, Kevin and Austen. I also have 5 grandchildren, Joshua, Hailey, Arthur, Emerson, and Oliver.

My pets are a solid black cat name TC and a wonderful Boston Terrier named Gracie.
