Our CMS Counselors have created a canvas site in order to reach out to all of our students! Since they each have approximately 500 students, this is a way to provide resources, short videos, announcements, words of wisdom and encouragement during this time that we are out of the school building.

Technology Services staff is available to support students and employees during the school closure. A hotline has been organized by cluster to provide assistance. Our cluster number to call is 704-292-7953 Monday-Friday 9AM to 12PM Tickets can be entered any time to the help desk.

Welcome to Mr. Gorley's 7th grade compacted math class! I am excited to get to know your family this school year!
 
We will be learning a lot this year and it is important that students keep up with their assignments and studying for tests and quizzes. I will be offering morning help every Thursday morning from 8:00 to 8:30.  Students must have a note from you saying that they are coming to me for morning help to get down the hall.
 
It is important that students come to class prepared everyday with their math notebook and a pencil.
 
I will post weekly announcements, quizzes and tests on this page.  If you ever have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Supply List for Mr. Gorley's class:
  • Five Subject Spiral Notebook
  • EXPO Dry-Erase Markers
  • Plastic Pocket Folder (any color) or binder
  • Earbuds
  • Computer Mouse (optional)
  • Generic 7th Grade Materials (erasable colored pencils, scissors, glue, hand held pencil sharpener, etc.)
  • TI 34 Calculator (optional) - Students will have access to a calculator in class, but will not be permitted to take it home.
