Welcome to ELA 7th Grade!

READ, READ, READ!  I'm a firm believer in "The more you read, the better reader you will become!"  I know it's hard in a world of ever-changing technology to get kids on board with reading, but it really will pay off.  Read with them.  Make it a family thing.  Then, it won't seem like such a chore for your child!

Check here often for ELA tasks, quizzes, and tests.  In addition, I also send out weekly emails over the weekend.

I use the following reading online programs in class.  
Common Lit, IXL, readtheory.org, Flocabulary, Myon, NewsELA, etc. 

We also read from SCOPE magazines, other print text, and novels.
