    Journal Entry: How often do you wear a mask? I'm not talking about a physical mask that covers your face, I'm talking about a mask that hides your inner feelings. Have you ever been in a situation where you felt that you couldn't reveal your true emotions? Write about that time. If you don't have a person experience, or can't think of one, try to retell something you have seen, read, etc. in which someone felt like they couldn't reveal their true inner emotions. For example: a movie where someone hides their love for someone or when someone hates their boss but can't express that feeling without getting fired.
