Course Syllabus
Welcome to Apparel 2. I am looking forward to the new semester and am eager to see all the things you will accomplish. Below are my expectations and a list of supplies needed. You are expected to have a sewing project in progress at all times.
Supplies: Due Jan 19
Notebook , 2 plastic bobbins, One yard of cotton fabric for first project(Tote Bag) , 3 Black and 3 White coats and Clark thread, Straps for tote bag, One yard of interfacing, Four zippers(black and White), Rubbing Alcohol, 2 T shirts, A Garment and supplies for your upcycle project, Choice Project pattern and fabric and supplies
Expectations:
Follow school rules
Be here on time
Have materials and supplies on time
No cell phones/other devices unless I say so
No food/drinks near equipment
Limit request to leave room
Avoid excessive talking
Use time wisely
Do your own work and work independently
Use your own assigned equipment. Take care of machine and supplies.
Keep personal work and storage space
Charges for broken machines/other equipment will be determined if necessary

- 3-ring binder ( 1 ½ inches) with Loose-leaf notebook paper and Dividers
- Pens, pencils, highlighters, sharpie
- Magic Markers
- Ruler
- Colored Pencil
- Glue Stick

- Class Participation/Daily Work 25%
- Tests
- Quizzes 25 %
- Projects 25%
