- Graduated from NCSU with a BS in zoology, 1999
- 13th year of teaching; 7th year at CHS
- National Board Certified teacher since 2013
- I have 2 daughters: Willa (9), & Vivianna (Vivi, 5) & 2 dogs: Lily & Lefty
- Favorite things: camping/hiking/nature, live music, & mountains
